Refund Policy
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Refunds are a possible outcome of a CSS listing investigation. A refund request does not begin a separate process and submitting a report does not guarantee a refund.
Report a purchased listing
If purchased content is materially misrepresented, use Report this Listing on that listing's page. Select a reason, describe the issue, and provide relevant evidence. CSS will create a unique Investigation ID and notify the seller.
Investigation
The seller may respond and provide evidence. CSS records submissions, evidence, and decisions in a permanent timeline. While the investigation is open, the listing is unavailable for new purchases, but existing buyers retain access unless a later decision changes that access.
Outcomes
CSS may dismiss the report, warn or issue a strike to the seller, remove the listing, suspend the seller, or refund the buyer where appropriate. Refund availability is assessed case by case, including the report, evidence, delivery and access information, payment status, and applicable law.
Stripe disputes and chargebacks
A Stripe dispute or chargeback relating to a CSS purchase is attached to the same investigation system. CSS may request evidence from the buyer or seller, and CSS or Stripe may restrict relevant funds while the matter is reviewed.
