1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern the use of CheatSheetShop ("CSS").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, purchasing content, uploading content, or otherwise using CSS, you agree to these Terms and all related policies.

The policies listed below form part of these Terms and should be read together with them.

Where a conflict exists, these Terms prevail unless otherwise stated.

3. Member Accounts

CSS operates under a single Member account model.

A Member account may:

• Purchase content;
• Upload content;
• Earn funds through approved activity;
• Receive seller earnings through a connected Stripe account;
• Access platform features.

Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and login credentials.

4. Membership Tiers

CSS may offer multiple membership tiers.

Membership benefits, fees, limitations, and eligibility requirements may vary between tiers.

CSS may modify membership features from time to time.

5. Content Ownership

Members retain ownership of content they upload.

By uploading content to CSS, members grant CSS a non-exclusive licence to:

• Store content;
• Display listings;
• Generate previews;
• Deliver purchased content;
• Investigate disputes and policy violations;
• Operate the platform.

This licence exists solely for operating CSS.

6. Content Standards

All uploaded content must comply with:

• These Terms;
• The Content Upload Policy;
• Applicable laws and regulations.

Members remain solely responsible for content they upload.

7. Purchases

CSS provides access to digital content listed by members.

Access to purchased content is normally granted after successful payment processing.

If a listing member voluntarily unpublishes a purchased listing, purchasing members retain download access for 28 days from that unpublishing event. CSS sends an unlisting notice and scheduled reminders approximately three days and 24 hours before expiry. Access ends when the window expires. A refund, investigation decision, chargeback, legal requirement, policy enforcement action, or account deletion may end access earlier where these Terms or an applicable policy permit it.

Members should review listing information, previews, ratings, and reviews before making a purchase.

8. Seller Earnings and Payouts

Eligible seller earnings are processed using Stripe Connect and are reported through CSS using Stripe and transaction records.

Payouts are governed by the Payout Policy.

CSS or Stripe may withhold, reverse, offset, or adjust seller earnings where reasonably necessary to:

• Resolve disputes;
• Process refunds;
• Address chargebacks;
• Correct errors;
• Enforce platform policies.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Members may submit reviews and ratings in accordance with platform rules.

Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experience.

CSS may remove reviews that violate platform policies.

10. Disputes

Purchasing members report concerns about purchased content by using Report this Listing on the relevant listing page. CSS creates an investigation in which the listing member may respond and both parties may provide evidence. Refunds are possible investigation outcomes and are not a separate starting process.

While an investigation is open, CSS prevents new purchases of the listing. Existing purchasing members retain access unless an investigation decision, refund, chargeback, or legal requirement changes that access.

Content disputes, including related Stripe disputes and chargebacks, are handled through the same investigation system in accordance with the Content Representation & Dispute Policy and Refund Policy.

Copyright complaints are handled in accordance with the Copyright & Takedown Policy.

11. Platform Availability

CSS aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The platform may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance;
• Upgrades;
• Technical issues;
• Circumstances beyond CSS's control.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

CSS operates as a marketplace platform.

CSS does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of member-created content;
• Academic outcomes;
• Examination performance;
• Assessment results;
• Suitability of content for any particular purpose.

Members use content and information obtained through CSS at their own discretion and risk.

13. Suspension and Termination

CSS may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Policy violations;
• Fraudulent activity;
• Copyright infringement;
• Abuse of platform systems;
• Harmful or illegal conduct.

14. Changes to These Terms

CSS may update these Terms from time to time.

Where significant changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided through the platform.

Continued use of CSS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
